All rental payments, deposits, late fees, returned check fees, return payment fees, utility payments, debit & credit card payments and application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are final unless you have pre written authorization from property management. Plans & Pricing purchases are subject to a refund if the service you purchase causes damage to the property, is canceled by park management or we are unable to complete the service purchased. At anytime Jones  Creek Mobile Home Park Management may request by email asking for payment verification. Failure to comply with these security request will result in canceled payments,  canceled service and deletion of your online account.
